FACT:

"MOST" of the families in Philippines has 2 dogs 3 cats as a "PET" NOT "FOOD"!!! and dont ask about the insurance of those pets, those pets DONT have any INSURANCE.. even if we have plenty of em!!! we take care of them, but dont eat them!!

SYNOPSIS:

if you see a person in any kind of race doing those thing,, please dont judge the "WHOLE" COUNTRY OR the WHOLE CONTINENT were this specific person belongs dont make your self STUPID!!BLAME the ONE who eat not THE WHOLE CONTINENT!
